Terms of Service

BizzBuzz is a hyper-local deals, events, and surveys platform currently serving the Sarasota-Bradenton-Lakewood Ranch, Florida market (zip codes 34201, 34202, 34203, 34211, and 34243). The platform connects local business owners with nearby consumers through time-sensitive posts.

BizzBuzz is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. No payment is required to join the waitlist and no commercial services are active at this time.

By submitting your email to the BizzBuzz waitlist, you agree to the following:

• You are joining a pre-launch waitlist, not purchasing a subscription or service
• There is no obligation on your part and no guarantee of a specific launch date
• You may be contacted by email about the platform launch and related updates
• You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us

When BizzBuzz launches, these terms will be updated to include full platform terms. In the meantime, the following principles will apply to business accounts:

• Accuracy — all deals, events, and surveys posted must be accurate and reflect a real offer from a legitimate local business
• Local business requirement — BizzBuzz is for businesses that physically operate in or serve the covered zip codes
• Appropriate content — posts must not be misleading, offensive, or in violation of applicable law
• BizzBuzz's rights — BizzBuzz reserves the right to remove posts or suspend accounts that violate these principles

The BizzBuzz name, logo, and all associated marks and platform content are the property of BizzBuzz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use BizzBuzz branding without written permission.

Content you post on the platform (when live) remains yours. By posting it, you grant BizzBuzz a limited license to display it to nearby consumers through the platform.

BizzBuzz is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. During the waitlist phase, the platform is not yet operational and no service level is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizzBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or the waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to BizzBuzz in the twelve months preceding the claim — which during the waitlist phase is zero.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

We will update these terms when the platform launches and as the service evolves. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
